We strive to create a holistic atmosphere which will help you heal and grow, irrespective of age and yogic experience. Services for all of life’s stages are offered here, right from pre-natal existence to old age.

The benefits of yoga cannot be stressed enough, with research suggesting that disease-fighting genes are predominant in those who practise regularly. ‘Sādhanā’ by itself stands for ‘spiritual practice’ in Sanskrit and ‘Sanctuary’ refers to a religious room. Come here to enjoy the benefits of physical as well as mental wellbeing which our well-equipped studio provides. You’ll be far away from everyday stresses and competition here, and can focus on developing a philosophical bent of mind. We aim to encourage a spiritual community that progresses continuously on a journey of self awareness.   

With more than 40 types of classes and 100 class times to our credit, we at Sādhanā Sanctuary are distinct in our offerings. Yoga forms such as Iyengar, Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, and the ever-popular Ashtanga yoga are on the list, along with Hot Core Power, Yoga Therapy and Restorative classes. If you want quick results, opt for Flat Abs and Hot shape yoga – they will slim you down and leave you feeling stronger, flexible and firmer. Apart from conventional yoga, we also provide Pilates classes in a hot as well as a normal atmosphere.
